What is Victus rewards and how do I join?

Victus Rewards is our loyalty program designed to give you exclusive offers, discounts, and additional perks for being a loyal member of the Victus community!

You can join at any time by signing up with your email through the Victus Rewards page. There is no minimum purchase amount required to become a Member.

Do my rewards points expire?

Points will automatically expire 12 months from the date they are earned. It’s your responsibility to monitor your account. Redeeming points doesn’t qualify as a "purchase" and you don’t earn points for dollars spent on applicable taxes, shipping, or handling.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by making purchases, following us on social media, and leaving reviews on the products you’ve purchased – even just for having a birthday!

More details on that here! Please note, you cannot redeem loyalty points to cover cost of an entire product / order.

I left a review, but didn't earn points!

Only verified reviews are eligible to earn points. This means that you must leave your review using the verified link that was sent to you via email after purchasing the item(s) through Victus in order to receive points.

If you did not receive your points for your review(s) of your purchased items, please reach out to us at info@victussports.com for assistance!

How do I refer a friend?

To refer a friend, please proceed to our Rewards page. Add your friend's email address in the space provided under the refer a friend section. They then must use the unique link received via email to complete their first order with and receive $15 off their first order that's above $50. Please note that you must have made at least 1 purchase with us before being able to receive a reward for referring a friend. Additionally, referee cannot have a previous or currently existing account.

Where do I login to view my rewards?

To check the balance of your points and available gifts navigate to the rewards page here Reward. Alternatively, you can access your rewards through your account profile.

Can I combine rewards?

Rewards can be combined with any other reward, offer, discount, coupon or promotion online or in store. You can use up to two rewards at a time. Remaining rewards will be available until their expiration date.

When are rewards points added to my account?

Points earned from shopping are added to your account once your order is fulfilled and shipped out to you. Points earned from referring a friend are added when your friend places their first order. Points earned from adding your birthday are added on your birthday. Points earned from liking, following, and subscribing on social channels are added to your account immediately!
