Processing Times:

• Please note that all items require processing time prior to shipment.
  • In-stock items: Processed in 1–3 business days.
  • Items in your order may ship separately based on individual production timelines.

Handmade & Custom Items:

• Please refer to the production timelines below before placing your order:
  
  • Engraved Metal Bats: 3–5 business days
    
  • Torpedo Pro Reserve: 10–12 business days
    
  • Custom Wood Bats: 3–4 weeks
    
  • Limited Series Bats: 6–8 weeks

Shipping Speed vs. Processing Time:

• The shipping method selected at checkout applies after the processing/production window. Expedited shipping does not accelerate production time, as all orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.
  

Return Policy

Customized items, including wood and aluminum bats, may not be returned or exchanged.

Returns (non-custom items): If you purchased your item at victussports.com, you may return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging and include proof of purchase. For qualifying returns, Victus will issue a refund to your credit card within 2 business days from the date we process your return.
