"The design is great but the quality is average. I spent extra for 2-day shipping and it took a week. I reached out to customer service to see if I can get a refund for the 2-day alone and they said no. (Not the entire refund just the extra for shipping). I was a little hurt by the lack of understanding and communication from them. I probably will be looking elsewhere for gloves in the future."
